Contact Information

PLEASE check your spam folder!  If you contact me via one of the shop chats, I will always respond to you.  I am usually pretty quick but not always.  If you are still in the chat, great!  If not, the chat will send you an email message.  If it goes into your spam/junk folder and you don't check it, well... that's not good.

If you filled out one of the old "Contact Us" forms -- they stopped working, and apparently it was a while ago.  To my dismay, I have not been able to fix it, so I had to remove it.  I even had tech look at it -- it seems okay, but it isn't.  If you used the old contact form, I never received your message.  You were not ignored -- it is floating in cyberspace somewhere.

There are FAQ that you can click on when you go into the chat app.  If your question is not answered there, ask away!  I'm here to help and if I don't have what you want, I don't try to talk you into buying anything else.  Don't feel stupid -- I will try my best to walk you through whatever it is -- a special order, floss question, etc.  Communicating this way has so many disadvantages -- we need to be patient with each other.  Voice tone, inflection, and facial expressions are all missing.  Emoji don't cut it.  Sometimes words come across in ways they are not intended.  It goes both ways.

Please don't come in angry over what UPS/USPS did to your package and take it out on me.  I'm not happy about it either, but I don't blame you for it.  I will tell you how to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.  You may have to fill out a form or file a claim in person.  This is ON YOU as the receiver.  Once it leaves here, it is out of my control.  There is insurance on your package so you don't need to worry!  The exception is needle-only orders -- USPS has a hard time with them.  95% make it to you with no problem.  This year they have been better than last year.

I've been selling online for 26 years.  I have never had to endure the verbal abuse that I have this year.  I have a 5 star rating across every platform.  You don't get that by being nasty or unreliable or delivering an inferior product.  Be patient.  Be kind.  Don't judge.  Stitching is supposed to be fun!
