Damages and issues

Your package is insured.  Should it become lost, you can file an insurance claim with USPS on their website.

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the package BEFORE you open it.  Include a clear picture of the shipping label!  If the contents are damaged, take more clear photos.  You can file an insurance claim at USPS.com.
