Lost or Damaged Packages

Your package is insured.  Should it become lost, you can file a claim with USPS on their website.

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the package BEFORE you open it.  Include a clear picture of the shipping label!  If the contents are damaged, take more clear photos.  You can file a claim at USPS.com.  Please use info@tropicalstitches.com as my email address.

If you ordered ONLY needles, I am not responsible for any loss, damages, etc.  USPS has a great deal of trouble with lightweight packages and you order at your own risk.
