I take photos of every package and keep them for 90 days. I am happy to send a copy to you along with the numbers you need.
If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the package BEFORE you open it. Include a clear picture of the shipping label! If the contents are damaged, take more clear photos. You can file a claim at USPS.com.
